InstagramKim Zolciak looks ready to pop! The Don't Be Tardy star has been documenting her fifth pregnancy via Instagram for months, sharing pictures of her bare baby bump with thousands of fans. On Sunday, Sept. 20, the eight-months-pregnant blond uploaded yet another selfie to the social networking site.
"My bump today!!!! What an incredible miracle! I am so blessed and grateful!" the 35-year-old Bravolebrity captioned. "Don't know if ill ever get over the fact their is 2 babies in my tummy I'm still in shock lol!! Can't wait to find out what we are having! I'll meet my beautiful angels next month!!"
Now that Zolciak is in her final trimester, she's finding it difficult to move around. "I drop everything these days!" she tweeted Oct. 19. "I swear it's only because I can't bend over and pick it up!!! This baby bump is soooo BIG!!"
Zolciak announced her baby news in June and revealed that she's expecting twins in August. She and husband Kroy Biermann are already parents to sons Kroy Jr., 2, and Kash, 1. Since tying the knot in 2011, Biermann has legally adopted daughters Brielle, 16, and Ariana, 12, from Zolciak's previous relationships.
As he awaits his wife's due date, Biermann has been resting up at home. The Atlanta Falcons defensive end was sidelined for the season in September after tearing his Achilles tendon. "Man woke up with football on my mind drives me crazy that I'm not able to play!" he tweeted Oct. 20. "So motivated to get back out there and help my team win!!!"
