The X Factor host celebrated the big 4-0 on Thursday, Oct. 10, giving fans a great glimpse from his past: a pic of himself when he was a little guy!
"Going way back for #TBT almost 40 yrs ago... Here's my little fat self back in the day #Gordo," Lopez tweeted along with the chubby baby photo.
The black and white old-school pic shows a very smiley Lopez, with lots of thick hair and a huge grin. By the looks of it, he is only wearing a diaper for this photo shoot.
So, how did Lopez mark the milestone b-day?
He took down a delicious dessert with his 3-year old daughter, Gia.
"Birthday beso from my little girl...We just crushed a banana split," he shared along with a photo with his little girl sharing a cute kiss.

Lopez sure felt the b-day love, tweeting at the end of the day, "Thank you for all the great b-day wishes! I really appreciate it... Have a goodnight!"
