Get ready for some must-see TV!

On Wednesday's edition of Live From E!, Jason Kennedy, Ken Baker, Marc Malkin and Arlene Santana previewed the highly anticipated reunion between Jimmy Kimmel and Kanye West.

After the rapper went on a Twitter rant calling the late-night host "evil" and "manipulative," the two will come face-to-face on Jimmy Kimmel Live tonight.

Although the debate continues as to whether or not the feud is real, one thing is certain: This is going to be great television!

Also on today's show, the panel discussed Bruce and Kris Jenner's surprising decision to separate after 22 years of marriage.

"We are living separately and we are much happier this way," the pair exclusively told E! News. "But we will always have much love and respect for each other."

The Keeping Up With the Kardashian stars insist family is still most important to them.

"Even though we are separated, we will always remain best friends and, as always, our family will remain our number one priority," the couple said in their statement.

Finally, the group updated us on another feud brewing, this time involving Miley Cyrus and Sinead O'Connor.

After a series of open letters and feisty tweets, the singers' war of words isn't slowing down just yet. O'Connor's latest note slams the pop star for "stigmatizing mental illness."

She also demands the "We Can't Stop" singer to make an apology for her actions. So far, Cyrus is staying quiet and choosing to celebrate her album's release instead.
