And while all eyes were on the show's host, Miley Cyrus, it seems as though the lovebirds were happy to have a night out together without the spotlight.
This marks the first time that the couple has been seen since their wedding which took place early last month.
Meyers and Ashe held hands as they walked to the party, and smiled at photogs as they entered inside trendy eatery STK.
Ashe wore a polka dot maxi dress and sandals—accessorized with a bold orange clutch—while the SNL funnyman kept his look simple in a sweatshirt and pair of jeans.
The future Late Night host exchanged vows with the human rights lawyer in Martha's Vineyard over Labor Day weekend.
The bride carried a red and white bouquet as she walked down the aisle in a cap-sleeve lace gown. Meyers, meanwhile, looked dapper in a dark suit. Ashe reportedly met the comedian at a mutual friend's wedding a few years back and has been smitten ever since.
A source told People magazine in 2011 that Meyers is "very excited for the next phase of his life" and that "he's known that she's The One for a while, but it was all about timing."
