So, the U.S. government has shut down. That only means one thing...late-night comedy gold!
On Tuesday's edition of Live From E!, Jason Kennedy, Marc Malkin and Arlene Santana started the show by talking about late-night shows taking swings at the U.S. government shutdown.
Jay Leno jokes, "Both sides are blaming each other. The Republicans are pointing their fingers at the Democrats. Democrats are pointing their fingers at the Republicans. And the Americans are pointing their middle fingers at both of them."
Marc admitted that doesn't understands what's going on. Can someone explain it to him?!
On a more serious note, Jay Z graces the cover of Vanity Fair's November issue and talks candidly about his early days dealing drugs.
"At some point, you have to have an exit strategy, because your window is very small. You're going to get locked up, or you're going to die," he revealed.
When asked about whether wife Beyoncé was still a good girl, he replied with, "Nah. She's gangsta now."
Love them.
Lastly, Barbara Walters apologizes to Katy Perry. Well, sorta.
The beef started when the singer showed up late to Walters' interview for her "10 Most Fascinating People" piece. When Katy got to the interview, Barbara snapped at her, saying, "You know, I've only ever waited for one other person this long, and you know who that person was? Judy Garland. You know how she turned out, right?"
On the Sept. 30 episode of The View, the host addressed the comment. "If I made you feel at all unhappy, during a time when you were obviously unhappy, and I didn't know, I'm sorry," she said. "But you can't always know!"
