The 41-year-old actress and 46-year-old actor were spotted out and about together in NYC on Saturday night.
The talented duo was caught leaving the TAO Downtown Grand Opening bash together. Diaz walked several steps ahead of Del Toro while hiding her face from the cameras by looking away and holding up her hand. Del Toro could be seen trailing along the blond beauty a few feet behind her. A third gentleman escorted Diaz during their exit onto the street.
For the night out, Diaz sported black heels, tight blue jeans, a white shirt and a black purse. Del Toro looked casual in a dark ensemble.
While it's unclear where the twosome was headed or whether or not they're more than just friends, they both have long been attached to potentially star in the action flick Century: Agent 21, a film that is currently listed as "in production" on IMDB and has yet to start filming since being announced back in May 2012.
They also costarred in the 1998 movie Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas.
