Miley Cyrus is bringing Bangerz to the Big Apple. The "Wrecking Ball" singer shared a selfie via her Twitter account on Monday, Sept. 30, which appears to be taken from her New York City hotel room. With her hair pulled into a topknot, the 20-year-old twerker keeps half her face hidden in the shot.

She quoted a lyric from Jay Z and Alicia Keys' 2009 hit "Empire State of Mind" in the caption, writing, "There's nothing you can't do." The line is apropos, given that she's in town to host NBC's Saturday Night Live on Oct. 5. Cyrus—who's laughing off rumors she's pregnant with Juicy J's baby—will also perform during the second episode of the show's 39th season.

As she gears up for the Oct. 8 release of her new album Bangerz, Cyrus has been giving fans a sneak peek of what to expect by sharing song lyrics via Twitter.

"I always knew I never wanted this. I never thought it could happen. You acted like you wanted this but then you led me on," she wrote Sept. 30. "Oh you broke my heart. I told you I was weak for love. Then you went around & did what you wanted to do. Now I'm cryinnnnnn."

It's unclear which track she's referring to in the tweets. Perhaps she'll give fans a clue during her MTV special, Miley: The Movement, premiering Wednesday, Oct. 3, at 10 p.m. ET.
