Now we know the real reason why Bethenny Frankel didn't win Celebrity Apprentice: Martha Stewart back in 2005.
During an appearance on Bethenny, the former Real Housewives of New York star asked Martha Stewart if she didn't like her during the series.
"It was such a big moment in my life, I kinda just wanted to know what you were feeling," Bethenny asked. "It felt like you didn't like me to be honest with you."
"You were a pest," the domestic diva responded. "She was," she added with a chuckle. "You were so out there in front of everybody you know."
But that has clearly paid off for Bethenny, as she gestured her arms around her set.
"And now you can be that," Martha said. "You're the host!"
Bethenny came in second place to Dawna Stone on the competition program.
"I went through a whole lot, hundreds of contestants," she said. "But the last ten or so were really producers choices. So you made it through those difficult producers, so that's pretty good. Just getting there was good."
"But I didn't win!" Bethenny joked.
"Are you still smarting from that?" Martha asked. "You have your own show!"
This is true, Martha.
