When we think about being in top form to perform physically demanding feats, we don't necessarily think of fast food as part of our training regime. But last week, Dancing With the Stars' Cheryl Burke showed us we might want to open our minds about that.

The dancing star hosted a viewing party for the season premiere of the show at Wendy's on Hollywood's Sunset Boulevard, dropping by after a kick-butt number with partner Jack Osbourne.

She shared behind-the-scenes scoop from the first episode at the restaurant, while guests snacked on Wendy's comeback flatbread grilled chicken sandwiches, and learned tips for throwing their own viewing parties from designer and Hostess with the Mostess founder Jennifer Sbranti, who styled the event with affordable, D.I.Y. decor.

Why the seemingly unlikely partnership between Burke and the fast-food company? Marketing synergy, of course. "We jumped on a trend among Millennial women who are creating girls nights in to watch their favorite TV shows together," said Wendy's vice president of brand marketing Liz Geraghty in a statement. "Women are looking for easy crowd-pleasers when entertaining"—like Wendy's sandwiches.

OK, so maybe fast food won't make us DWTS-costume ready and mirrorball trophy bound after all. But the viewing party idea is something we can get behind. Who's coming over for TV and grub?
