If you've seen the music video for "Wrecking Ball" or any number of Miley Cyrus' barely-there ensembles as of late, it should come as no surprise that homegirl is A-OK with being naked.

She's actually wearing just her birthday suit on the cover of Rolling Stone's Oct. 8 issue, and as she tells the mag, "I'm still kind of a semi-nudist, because I never had clothes on."

The 20-year-old singer also recalls collecting the bras and underwear thrown onstage at her father Billy Ray Cyrus' shows when she was a kid. "I'd get a really big one and be like, 'Dad! I found your biggest fan!'" she says with a laugh.

Young Miley—even before the days of Hannah Montana—wasn't some perfectly innocent, never-rebellious little angel. She admits she was kicked out of a private evangelical school, either for stealing her teacher's motorized scooter or telling her classmates what "French kissing" was, she can't remember which.

And the Southern superstar, who was raised on a farm in Tennessee before heading to Hollywood at age 11, says that "Detroit's where I feel like I really grew up."

"It was only for a summer [while filming LOL with Demi Moore], but that's where I started going to clubs, where I got my first tattoo. Well, not my first tattoo, but my first without my mom's consent. I got it on 8 Mile! I lied to the guy and told him I was 18. I got a heart on my finger and wore a Band-Aid for two months so my mom wouldn't find out," she said.

Tish Cyrus is OK with twerking, so a tattoo would've probably been OK, too.
