Brad Pitt and Shia LaBeouf are primed for battle.

Fury director David Ayer posted a picture to his Twitter account of the Hollywood stars perched atop a tank and ready to take on some Nazis in the forthcoming World War II drama, now shooting in the English countryside.

Also featured in the photo are costars Michael Peña, Jon Bernthal and Logan Lerman.

With a new shorter 'do, the 49-year-old Pitt is about to fight the good fight along with the 27-year-old LaBeouf as they play American soldiers sent on a daring mission in Nazi Germany in April 1945, when Adolf Hitler's Third Reich is on the verge of collapse.

Before production began, the A-listers prepared for their roles by dropping in at the National Training Center in Fort Irwin, Calif. back in June, where they conducted field research by talking with soldiers and spending the night embedded with an army unit.

Fury is set to hit theaters on Nov. 14, 2014.
