Elizabeth Banks had a very warm welcome for the shutterbugs that were following her around today.

After getting a hair treatment in Beverly Hills, The Hunger Games actress—who decided to ditch the makeup and go au naturel—proudly gave paparazzi the one-finger salute as they snapped her rocking her freshly done 'do and wearing a large black robe.

Flipping the bird seems to have become celebs' favorite go-to gesture in times of frustration or, well, whenever the opportunity presents itself, because, as you know, Banks is not the first star (by far) to do this, and she won't be the last.

Just last week, Anthony Weiner was taped flipping the bird to a curbside reporter as he left his primary election night party.

The act, which was captured by a bunch of journalists who subsequently tweeted about it, marked the sad ending to Weiner's mayoral ambitions.

"We had the best ideas," the grim-faced politician told supporters in his concession speech at Manhattan's Connolly's Pub and Restaurant. "Sadly, I was the imperfect messenger."
