The creator of Parks and Recreation. The breakout star of Saturday Night Live. The Emmy-award winning star of Homicide: Life on the Street.

Talk about high expectations! Fox's new comedy Brooklyn Nine-Nine finally debuted tonight, introducing viewers to Parks and Rec mastermind Mike Schur's dream police comedy team: Andy Samberg and Andre Braugher, the fall TV season's best new odd couple.

Brooklyn Nine-Nine was one of our favorite new series of the fall, so we're curious to know what you thought of Fox's new comedy and whether or not it lived up to the hype...

In this wacky workplace comedy, Samberg stars as Jake, a childish and immature detective who happens to be freakin' awesome at his job. Someone who doesn't appreciate Jake's wisecracks and witticisms? New Captain Ray Holt (Braugher), who doesn't have time for any jokes...or laughter...or smiling. Yes, their chemistry is amazing, with the two actors perfectly balancing each other out. But similar to The Office and Parks and Recreation, the ensemble is what truly makes Brooklyn Nine-Nine the fall's best new comedy.

Parks and Recreation writer Chelsea Peretti is the precinct's dry office manager, Joe Lo Trujillo is bumbling detective Charles, Melissa Fumero  plays Jake's fiery partner Amy, Stephanie Beatriz is the tough-as-nails and slightly scary Rosa and Terry Crews chews scenery as Sergeant Terry. The characters are wacky, quirky, hilarious and totally charming.
