Kid 'n Play is ready to be Enlisted.

Christopher "Kid" Reid and Christopher "Play" Martin are set to make a guest appearance on Fox's new military comedy Enlisted, we've exclusively learned.

Based on creator Kevin Biegel's own life, Enlisted focuses on three military brothers, played by Geoff Stults, Chris Lowell and Parker Young, who are stationed at the same base on Florida, The hip-hop and comedy duo, who was popular in the later '80s and early '90s, will pop up an episode of the new series as a Kid 'n Play reunion is the centerpiece of a show for the troops.

Of course, Kid 'n Play are no strangers to being funny on film: They've made four feature films, including the popular House Party series. The duo also had their own cartoon series on NBC in the early '90s. Reid has made guest appearances on hit series such as Martin and Sister, Sister.

Also set to guest star on Enlisted is Hart of Dixie's Mircea Monroe, who will play the person responsible for booking the entertainment for the soldiers. Sounds like her character will be a big hip-hop fan!

And while guest stars are always fun, Lowell tells us he's excited for viewers to get to know Enlisted's ensemble cast. "When you look at other ensemble shows or ensemble comedies like The Office or Parks and Rec or even New Girl, you just have like every single person who comes onscreen, whether they're like a major series regular or like a supporting character, we get so excited," he says. "When we're on set and we see these guys come in they blow our minds. They're incredible."

Enlisted premieres Friday, Nov. 8 on Fox.
