On Wednesday's edition of Live From E!, Jason Kennedy, Marc Malkin and Melanie Bromley discussed the exciting new cast for ABC's Dancing With the Stars.

One name that stands out amongst the talented group is none other than Valerie Harper. As she continues to battle terminal brain cancer, some are wondering if joining the show is a lot to handle.

Regardless of her decision, the panel is excited to watch the Mary Tyler Moore star compete. In addition, Melanie is rooting for Jack Osbourne, Marc is cheering on Snooki and Jason is hoping Bill Nye the Science Guy doesn't disappoint.

Also on today's show, the group discussed Vanity Fair's latest cover with supermodel Kate Upton.

At just 21 years old, Upton is dressing up as the legendary Marilyn Monroe for the publication's 100th issue.

Dressed in a champagne-colored one piece, Upton looks nothing short of gorgeous as she leans over a birthday cake. How fitting for a special anniversary.

Finally, the roundtable discussed the stars who were almost cast in Fifty Shades of Grey.

According to the Hollywood Reporter, Shailene Woodley, Elizabeth Olsen and Imogen Poots were all considered for the role of Anastasia Steele. In addition, producers expressed interest in having Garrett Hedlund and the always popular Ryan Gosling portray Christian Grey.

In the end, Charlie Hunnam and Dakota Johnson were selected to play the parts. Was the right decision made?
