What a proud mama!

Kristen Bell can't stop gushing about her 2-month-old daughter, Lincoln.

The actress stopped by the Ellen show to gab with Ellen DeGeneres about her newfound motherhood.

"[Motherhood] is actually better than I expected, it's a lot of fun," she said.

But DeGeneres, who's keen on Bell's obsession with all things sloths, asked her the most important question of all-time: Is a baby better than an adorable furry friend?

"Is she watching?" Bell joked about her daughter. "I'm sure [motherhood] is better than a sloth." And when Ellen shows Kristen pics of baby sloths to compare, the mom stays strong, "She's close!"

The Veronica Mars star also dished on Dax Shepard as a father.

"The best. It's like he made a new best friend. He talks to her all day and sings to her all day," she revealed.

So what was the inspiration behind their baby's unusual name?

"It's always been Dax's favorite name, and he's substantially bigger than I am, so I lost," she joked.
