Jay-Z's wife performed Croatia show despite having tonsillitis, is happy fans "seem to love" new song

Beyoncé is, like her song says, one heck of a "Grown Woman."

The 31-year-old pregnant singer debuted her new song in full at her Paris concert last month. And on Monday, the full-length version of "Grown Woman" leaked online. (Listen below!)

Jay-Z's wife understands, of course, that all her fans won't be able to make it out to the Mrs. Carter Show. So Blue Ivy's mama posted a series of behind-the-scenes clips on her Tumblr.

"So we did 'Grown Woman' for the first time," Bey says in the video following her Paris show. "I'm so happy because a lot of the fans seem to love the song."

In video shot just before her May 17 show in Croatia, Queen Bey says, "I'm actually quite nervous, because yesterday I was diagnosed with tonsillitis. Hopefully I'll give Croatians a great concert. I'm gonna fight as hard as I can, and I know that God has my back and God will protect me."

There were no complaints from Croatia, so clearly Mrs. Carter fought past that tonsillitis and put on a great show!
