Selena Gomez is quite the petal pusher there.

The starlet graces the latest issue of Harper's Bazaar, and proving that you can never max out on too much of a good thing, the 20-year-old glams up two different cover looks for the mag.

In one shot, the "Who Says" singer looks ethereal in a white Calvin Klein dress while toting a bloom-festooned umbrella. And in a sartorial 180-degree spin, she also works an eye-catching orange-and-white-striped top by Dolce & Gabbana.

While chatting with the mag, Gomez opened up about the amped-up scrutiny her rocky relationship with Justin Bieber received.

"It was, but that's not a factor for me because unfortunately you can't control that," she explains. "To me, love is normal. Of course, you see [Jay-Z] and Beyoncé, and you're like, 'Oh, my gosh, they're perfect for each other,' but at the end of the day their love is just like everybody else's love. They have problems, I'm sure, and they solve them, like anybody else."

Striving for normalcy in her relationship with Bieber, she says, "was super important to both of us. Which was great...That's how it should be."

Despite hitting splitsville with the "Boyfriend" crooner, Gomez insists she remains ever the optimist.

"I believe in love—yes, I'm one of those girls," she notes. "Most of my friends believe in love."

She added: "I went out with Katy Perry last night. She's so fun and awesome, but it's cool to see someone older believe in love, too. She is all about it, and that's how I will always be. I believe in stories like, 'Oh, I met him in Starbucks.'"

Now there's a romance plan. Who knows...the star's next Starbucks buzz could be coming from more than just caffeine.
