Between promoting Les Misérables and making the rounds at the major award shows, Amanda Seyfried has spent a lot of time walking the red carpet in sky-high heels.

So, it comes as no surprise that in her downtime, the blond beauty reaches for easy-on-the-feet Matt Bernson Waverly Cap Toe ballet flats over and over again.

The shoe company bills the style as "the most comfortable ballet flat sold in the world," thanks to cushiony rubber soles and a patent-pending moleskin construction that prevents the elasticized shoes from pinching delicate tootsies. But we like them because of the playful black-and-white cap-toe that punches up just about any outfit, while matching virtually everything in your closet.

Perhaps that's why we've spotted Seyfried out and about in Los Angeles so many times in her cozy, yet chic shoes. She toned down the rustic vibe of a kitschy animal sweater with the dainty shoes and emboldened her casual T-shirt-and-skinnies combos with the shoe's lively black-and-white pattern.

But she's also donned the shoes for work affairs, pairing them with olive pants and a smart tweed jacket for a Les Misérables SAG screening and Q&A.

We know we can't get enough of versatile wardrobe items that take us from work to play, so we're definitely onboard with following in Seyfried's fashionable—and comfy!—footsteps.
