Why Kim Kardashian, Kanye West and Baby's L.A.-Based Home Was "a No-Brainer"

As Kim Kardashian (and yes, Tupac) once said: "To live and die in LA, it's the place to be!"
 
So it makes perfect sense that the pregnant superstar and her beau Kanye West bought an $11 million Bel Air mansion and plan to raise their baby in sunny California.

"An L.A.-based home was very important to Kim because she is so close to her family, and Kanye also loves L.A.," a source close to the couple tells E! News. "So it was a no-brainer." 
 
And while the Kimye baby will definitely be calling L.A. home, we have a feeling this little boy or girl will be a jet-setter just like mom and dad. The couple is currently in Italy following up their romantic Parisian babymoon.
