'Tis the week for pickup news!

Two weeks after dismissing its freshman comedy Made in Jersey from the lineup, CBS announced today that it has given full-season orders for dramas Vegas and Elementary.

"Vegas and Elementary have opened strong, delivering big audiences and winning performances in important time periods," Nina Tassler, President of CBS Entertainment says in a statement. "Each of the shows has rich characters, big stars and a unique visual style that have stood out in the crowd, helping make two of our strongest nights even stronger."

Vegas and Elementary hold the title of the number one and number two new series of the season based on ratings, pulling in an average of 14.94 and 14.30 million viewers, respectively.

Besides these two CBS dramas, Arrow (CW), The New Normal (NBC), Revolution (NBC), Go On (NBC) and The Mindy Project (Fox) have received full season orders.
