One of two men accused of plotting to kidnap and possibly kill British soul singer Joss Stone has been sent to a psychiatric facility.

Per the BBC, Junior Bradshaw was moved to the mental health unit for tests to determine if he is fit to stand trial come August.

The 31-year-old Bradshaw, along with 34-year-old Kevin Liverpool, is charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm and conspiracy to commit robbery.

Both men were arrested last June outside Stone's home in Devon armed with swords, rope and a body bag. Notes referring to Stone were found in their car.

Bradshaw, who has yet to enter a plea, did not attend the hearing Monday at Exeter Crown Court. Liverpool pleaded not guilty back in October.
