Talk about a close call.

Eddie Cibrian and Brody Jenner were just a couple of the celebs on hand for Toyota's Pro/Celebrity Race in Long Beach, Calif., Saturday, but the duo caused a bit of commotion when they crashed into each other, sending Cibrian's race car into a wall.

So, what happened?

"Carnage happened," Cibrian said. "My car was lucky, but I was driving with my steering wheel sideways. It did a 180!"

The former Playboy Club star said after feeling someone tap his car, he looked back, turned too wide and "careened" off the wall.

Jenner, meanwhile, kinda blamed the whole incident on Cibrian.

"[The crash] wasn't my fault right?!" Jenner said. "I had a good time while I was out there. I was picking my time, Eddie kept blocking me. I finally had a better run on the straightaway, so I went for it. But he wasn't braking! I broke, and made the turn, he didn't. He hit the wall, bounced off the wall and hit me. I'm gonna kick his he's big I don't want to kick his a--. That's racing though! I'm just bummed I didn't get to win! 'Cause I think if I woulda kept off that wall, I maybe woulda had a chance. Oh well, next year."

Thankfully, the pair managed to escape unscathed, but their egos may not have been so lucky.

The wreck caused Cibrian to come in last place, and Jenner's car was so beat up that he was forced to leave the competition early.

But, that wasn't the only smash-up of the day.

Sons of Anarchy star Kim Coates and Oscar winner Adrien Brody also crashed into each other, causing Brody to finish the race in eighth place, with Coates bowing out altogether post-crash.

So, which star managed to escape all that crashing and take home the gold?

None other than Celebrity Apprentice star Adam Carolla, who was neck-and-neck with CSI: NY actor Hill Harper at the finish line.

"I'm not happy to beat anyone, I'm just glad I won," Carolla said after his big win.

The event wasn't just about first place and fender benders, however. Toyota plans to donate $5,000 dollars in the name of each celebrity racer to the charity Racing For Kids.
