Richards is set to play Lori, the business partner of his ex-wife (Shawnee Smith), who thinks therapy is all a sham. Sources tell us that she starts filming next week, and her role could be recurring if the show gets picked up for another season. TVLine.com first reported the casting news.
Anger Management, which premiers June 28 on FX, is based on the movie of the same name, with Sheen starring as a former baseball player with rage issues who becomes an anger management therapist.
