Game of Thrones

HBO can do as it likes.

Game of Thrones is only two episodes into its second season, and already the network is crowning it with a third…

Not that this comes as any surprise, seeing as Game of Thrones' season two premiere has already hit a gross audience of 8.3 million viewers and kept most of those viewers for the second episode.

"Series creators David Benioff and D.B. Weiss raised our expectations for the second season—and then surpassed them," Michael Lombardo, president of HBO Programming says in a statement. "We are thrilled by all the viewer and media support we've received for the series, and can't wait to see what Dan and David have in store for next season."

Game of Thrones airs Sunday nights on HBO.

Time to celebrate, GoT fans! Hit the comments and let's have a renewal party. How are you liking this season so far?
