Two hundred Ryan Gosling-themed eggs were hidden throughout New York City on Sunday. Fans flocked to @GoslingEaster's Twitter page for clues about the eggs' whereabouts.
So what was inside the multicolored plastic eggs scattered throughout Gotham City?
Pictures of Mr. Gosling, of course, and holiday messages written as if they were from the Canadian cutie himself. "I'm dipping myself in chocolate for you," one said. "Happy Easter from Ryan Gosling."
"Hop on over to my house already," another read.
The message inside each egg also encouraged its finder to "Tweet this egg @GoslingEaster." Photos of the eggs on car doors, windowsills, bicycle baskets and stealth locations were then retweeted, helping everyone to feel involved in this virtual search.
While this Easter bunny gig is cute, Gosling certainly doesn't need it to pick up chicks.
