Larry Busacca/Getty Images NCIS star Pauley Perrette may be dealing with some crime off set.
The LAPD Hollywood Division confirms to E! News that the television star's ex-husband, Francis Shiver, was booked on a misdemeanor warrant for violation of a restraining order.
Authorities cannot confirm that the restraining order was taken out by Perrette or elaborate on the events that unfolded, but were able to share that Shiver is currently being held on $100,000 bail.
Pauley's ex, who also goes by his indie rocker nickname "Coyote" Shiver, has also taken it upon himself to post negative comments and legal documents on his Tumblr account regarding Perrette.
The former couple married in 2000 and separated in 2004.
Per her rep, Perrette is not commenting on or discussing this issue.
