The 21-year-old told reporters Wednesday that her boyfriend Michael's proposal took her "completely by surprise."
So how'd he pop the question?
"I woke up with a dozen roses on my pillow and little love notes everywhere," Megan said in an interview excerpted by People. "At the end of the day we got done working out and were getting ready to take our showers and go to bed and he said, 'OK, Megan, I have one more surprise for you."
He then told her to close her eyes, and when she opened them, Michael was down on one knee.
But Megan, who lost 80 pounds on the ranch, won't cheat on her diet on her special day.
"I hope everybody that attends my wedding is ready to eat healthy, because there is not going to be anything unhealthy there except for maybe the cake," she said. "But I'm going to try and find a healthy cake alternative."
