BENT, David Walton, Amanda Peet

Here's hoping Amanda Peet and David Walton won't be Bent out of shape by their new show's ratings come tomorrow morning! (Our worst Save It or Sink It opening line yet? Discuss!)

The duo's new romantic comedy Bent made its debut on NBC tonight and we're curious to know if the single-mom-meets-laidback-contractor story charmed viewers as much as it charmed us. Seriously, a romantic comedy that features Friday Night Lights and Arrested Development alums is basically what we dream about every night.

So what did you think of NBC's Bent?

It's a classic tale of opposites attract: Alex (Peet) is a single-mother lawyer who just went through a divorce and is looking to remodel. Pete (Walton) is a playboy surfer-type who also happens to be a contractor, the one Alex hires to work on her kitchen. Naturally, they can't stand each other at first, but oh, is it fun to watch them verbally spar.

While Peet and Walton's will-they-or-won't they (please, they totally will...eventually) chemistry is truly a delight to watch, the show's stellar supporting cast is just that: stellar! You've got Arrested Development's Jeffrey Tambor as Pete's dad, who is still trying to make it as an actor; the adorable Joey King as Alex's daughter; and the completely lovable Friday Night Lights alum Jesse Plemons (or, as we like to call him, the lead singer of Crucifictorious Landry!) as one of the members of Pete's contracting crew. See, we told you, stellar!

While it might seem like NBC is trying to burn off Bent by airing two episodes back-to-back for the next three weeks, we like to think of it as the show having double the time to charm the pants off viewers. (E! and NBC are both part of the NBCUniversal family.)

Save It or Sink It, March 21

Check out the video interview above with the Bent cast and tell us: Do you agree the cast has crazy good off-screen chemistry? Per usual, we just can't get enough of Jeffrey' Tambor's unusual interview stylings.

Now we want to hear from you: Are you going to keep tuning into Bent or did the premiere fail to catch your interest? Vote in our latest Save It or Sink It poll and then head on down to the comment to talk about NBC's new comedy with your fellow TV lovers.
