The domestic guru's 46-year-old daughter, Alexis, has welcomed her second child, reports People.

Little Truman arrived on Tuesday and joins his big sister, Jude, who just celebrated her first birthday yesterday.

Both children were born via a surrogate.

Back in 2007, Alexis appeared on The Oprah Winfrey Show, where she openly discussed her years-long struggle to conceive a child and detailing her $20,000-a-month fertility treatments.
