Nick Stahl might want to check his wallet the next time he calls a car service.

E! News has learned the Terminator 3 and Sin City star has been charged with defrauding a taxi operator resulting from his arrest back on Jan. 27 when he hired a car to take him on a long trip to Hollywood, but couldn't come up with enough cash or credit to pay the $84 fare.

Hasta la vista, Nicky…to jail?

When the 32-year-old Stahl failed to cough up the money, the cabbie called the cops and the thesp was taken into custody and spent a night in the slammer.

Per the L.A. City Attorney's Office, he subsequently pleaded no contest on Feb. 23 and was fined $50. However, because of his jail stint, the judge in the case suspended the fine. No word whether the taxi driver ended up getting his due.

A rep for Stahl was unavailable for comment.
