Hey-ooo! Ed McMahon isn't ready to be indebted to Donald Trump just yet.

It turns out that the uniquely coiffed real estate developer isn't the only potential buyer when it comes to the soon-to-be-foreclosed-upon McMahonsion.

The former Tonight Show sidekick's listing agent, who flew to New York to pitch the deal to Trump in person, now tells the Los Angeles Times' real estate blog that there is a "multiple-offer situation."

Alex Davis, of luxury real estate agency Hilton & Hyland, says that another buyer has shown interest in the Beverly Hills property, which is on the market for a reported $4.6 million.

That's the number we need to get to," Davis said. "This is crunch time."

It was revealed in June that McMahon and his wife, Pamela, had defaulted on a $4.8 million mortgage loan from Countrywide Financial after falling $644,000 behind on payments.

As per usual, Trump sounded mighty confident last week when he told the Times that he, despite having never met the man, was eager to help McMahon out by purchasing the house and leasing it back to the TV icon.
