Getting older on a Monday can be tough, but not if you're Renée Zellweger.

The actress officially turned 42 on Monday with a dinner party at Indochine in the East Village, but her assistant was kind enough to arrange an intimate soiree on Saturday evening in an NYC apartment.

So who was on the guest list (obviously not her ex Bradley Cooper)?

This was a total power party, as Miramax honcho Harvey Weinstein and CAA bigwig Bryan Lourd attended, as well as hotelier André Balazs, according to Us Weekly.

If his name sounds vaguely familar, it's because he's been dating his way through Tinseltown as of late.

He was recently linked to Chelsea Handler and before that had a three-year fling with Uma Thurman.

André was also in attendence for her birthday dinner Monday at Indochine, but a source close to him insisted to the New York Post that he and Renée are "just good friends"—naturally.
