Despite the name on the deed, you do not need to be an E! star to live in this Manhattan Beach house.

Pretty deep pockets would be a plus, however.

A prominent member of our TV family is leasing this secure and spacious pile of bricks for the relative bargain price of $8,000 per month—which actually isn't bad for the tony coast-hugging community.

Could it be Ryan Seacrest or Joel McHale or maybe a member of the Kardashian crew?

It's none other than Lamar Odom, who on Tuesday became the first L.A. Laker to ever win the NBA's Sixth Man Award.

The 31-year-old father of two swapped vows with Khloé Kardashian Odom in September 2009 and soon after purchased a nine-bedroom spread in Tarzana (the better to have Rob Kardashian living with them, of course!).

Not that Lamar's Manhattan Beach home was anything to scoff at. Built in 2002, the two-story house has five bedrooms, six bathrooms, a pool and spa, a nice view and top-of-the-line fixtures, flooring, plumbing and wiring.

And it's conveniently located if you need to get to the Lakers' practice facility in El Segundo on a daily basis.
