Nearly a week after announcing their separation, Scarlett Johansson and Ryan Reynolds were spotted having a very smiley dinner together at Blue Ribbon in New York Friday night.
So which gorgeous star is having dumper's remorse?
Sorry, don't get ahead of yourselves for a reconciliation, because the answer to that would be neither.
Sources tell us there was "nothing more to it" than a dinner between friends.
"Remember, their breakup wasn't dramatic, so it's not like it's weird for them to remain close," spills our insider, who is slightly Team Scarlett.
As we told you last Friday, the reason Ry and S finally threw in the towel is that they "were never together."
And that is not an exaggeration, people.
"Both are very career driven, it just wasn't working out" emphasizes our insider who hinted that it may have been more on Reynolds' part.
"[Scarlett] needs someone who will make her a priority."
Bottom line is that both of these babes have huge careers ahead of them. It's nearly impossible to have that and a totally functional marriage.
