Ronnie Ortiz-Magro has been called out for being a big galoot.

The Jersey Shore hulkster was indicted Thursday on one count of third-degree assault for clocking a guy in 2009 during taping of the MTV hit's first season in Seaside Heights.

You know, the fight Ronnie isn't sorry for at all.

"I really don't feel bad for the altercations that I did get into in Seaside because I'm really not a person who likes to fight," he explained to People earlier this year. "He was just being a drunk jerk, saw the camera...I think he chased us down like two blocks or something like that. At that point, you're like, ‘What am I gonna do?'"

What are you gonna do?

Stephen Izzo, who claimed to be on the receiving end of Ronnie's fist, has already sued the reality star and MTV for damages.

An attorney for Ronnie told TMZ that the charge comes as a "complete shock."

A pre-arraignment conference is scheduled for Jan. 4.

If convicted, Ronnie could face up to five years in jail. Where at least he'll have plenty of time to work out and do other people's laundry.
