Harpo Productions, Inc.Yesterday, Nate Berkus gave housewives everywhere a scare when he was hospitalized. Today, he's just a few bowls of chicken noodle soup and an Oprah Winfrey Show marathon away from complete health.
"Nate had his appendix removed today, he's out of surgery and recovering nicely," a rep for The Nate Berkus Show told E! News.
Phew! The 39-year-old Oprah protégé first fell ill Tuesday before a scheduled appearance on the Today show. Ever the consummate pro, he powered through, but left straight from the studio to the hospital, where he was diagnosed with appendicitis and prepped for surgery.
