Three's Company, 0.08's a crowd. Just ask erstwhile platonic roomie Joyce DeWitt, who copped a plea today in her DUI case.

The TV vet was busted last Fourth of July  for allegedly indulging in a bit more than fireworks. She pleaded no contest via her attorney to misdemeanor driving with a blood-alcohol level of 0.08 percent or higher; an additional charge of driving under the influence was dismissed.

The TV vet was sentenced to three years' probation, fined $510 and ordered to take an alcohol-education class. Hey, maybe she and Lindsay can sit together!
