Adoption is always a major step in a couple's life, for a variety of reasons. Especially when the potential adoptee is covered with coarse fur, has horns and cloven hoofs. When Tori and Dean take their Lucy and Ricky act in search of a barnyard baby, enhanced Spelling is forced to confront an issue her plastic surgeon probably didn't warn her about.
