If Sammi Giancola is looking to shed her "Sweetheart" moniker, she's going about it the right away.

A criminal complaint has been filed with the Miami Beach Police by the woman who claims the Jersey Shore roomie slugged her (Snooki'd her?) in the head Saturday at a local nightclub.

Kristen DeMinco alleges that Giancola got fired up when she saw DeMinco talking to her boyfriend, Ronnie Magro.

"[DeMinco] was at a club with friends for a birthday party in the VIP area, and the Jersey Shore cast showed up," the alleged victim's attorney, Tom Pennekamp Jr., told E! News. "The next thing she knows, she got punched in the head—two times—by Sammi."

The weapons of choice listed in the police report are hands, fist and feet.

Pennekamp also said that his client is planning to sue Giancola for damages.

MTV had no comment yesterday in response to the attorney's comment that the network encourages its proud-to-be-loud cast to act up and behave badly.

Giancola's attorney, meanwhile, referred to the run-in as a "non-incident."

Maybe she's trying to join Snooki and JWoww's fight club and was just going through the ritual hazing.
