This blowup appears to be blowing over.

Jenna Jameson has no plans to file any civil suits against her boyfriend, Tito Ortiz, whom she accused of assault last week but later rescinded her claims. Her attorney, Ronald Richards, referred to the the couple's argument as "an obvious misunderstanding."

"We are not going to obtain a civil restraining order at this time," Richards tells E! News. "Tito is cooperating with our office through his attorney, so one is not necessary."

As for reports that the Ultimate Fighting champ is already moving back in with the adult entertainment icon and their two children, Richards says those details are being kept close to the chest.

"My client is going to handle this matter privately under my direction and supervision," he says. "I can't comment on their private living arrangements for security reasons."

Of course, until tomorrow, they can't actually be together legally. A mandatory temporary restraining order was put in place after the alleged assault and it doesn't expire until Tuesday.
