A little more than a week after her sudden passing, the Los Angeles County Coroner has released Brittany Murphy's death certificate.

As expected, the 32-year-old's cause of death is not specified, but instead listed as "deferred" pending the results of her toxicology tests.

The certificate lists her cousin, Tayebe Pajooh, as the county's informant, who provided Murphy's vital statistics and information to the mortuary.

The only unexpected portion of Murphy's certificate comes in the spot where her father's name should be listed. While Angelo Bertolotti spoke to E! News about his daughter's death in the wake of the tragedy, his name was not on the document, which instead categorized her father as "Unknown."
