In case you didn't know, there's another baby on the way in the Kardashian family!

After a blockbuster 2018 filled with little ones for the famous siblings, sources confirmed to E! News that Kim Kardashian and Kanye West are expecting another baby via surrogate.

The little one will mark the famous couple's fourth child together, joining big sisters North West, 5, Chicago West, 11 months, and older brother Saint West, 3.

While the celebrity pair has not shared too many details on their upcoming baby, a source told E! News, "The surrogate is well into the pregnancy."

According to the insider, the couple is having their second boy. "She is due in May and everything looks good. Kim and Kanye have known for a while and are very excited," the source said. "They had one male embryo left and are thrilled it has worked out."

A second source previously reiterated to E! News that Kim and Kanye have had another embryo stored and have always considered having a fourth child.

Per the second insider, both the expectant mom and dad "always agreed on both wanting several kids and a big family." The A-list duo "love having their kids run around and be able to grow up and enjoy each other as siblings," the source noted, adding that they "would want the fourth child to be close in age with the others."

With the little one's arrival slated for spring, the parents will get their wish as the baby will be less than a year and a half younger than daughter Chicago, whom they welcomed via surrogate in January 2018.

With the baby's soon arrival, the KKW Beauty founder revealed she's planning a "zen-like CBD-themed" shower. She wants to do away with the typical baby games and gifts, and give her guests a more mature party, one filled with massages, crystal healing and more.

"This year, because I am freaking out so much, I just want a zen-like CBD-themed baby shower," the beauty mogul told E! News. "I just want massages, I want to do like a tea ceremony with crystals and we're going to have a drink at this baby shower — we're not pregnant."

For Kim, she said having a shower is good for her kids to understand the baby "is coming."

"When you have a surrogate, for me, I realized that having a baby shower for Chi was actually so much more beneficial for my kids, because they saw people come. They actually saw that it was like, 'A new baby is coming.' They got so excited for Chi to come that way, seeing that everyone was coming to celebrate the baby, so I'm actually really doing it for them."

If anything, having a baby shower also helps Kim prepare for her newborn.

A third source told E! News the couple is "very excited and can't believe it's actually happening."

"Mentally, it's a little bit challenging to prepare for when you aren't pregnant and being reminded all the time," the third source expressed. "But Kim isn't worried because she went through this with Chicago. She loved the experience and is just so happy they were able to do it this way again."

They added, "She knows it will all come together in the end. She has some nursery items but nothing is finished."

"She can't wait to add to the family," the insider admitted. "It's going to be very busy with a full house, but lots of fun."

Along with the baby shower, the 38-year-old TV personality shared that she likes to include her family on the baby naming process. She said they "all weigh in."

"I definitely take a family survey," Kim said on Jimmy Kimmel Live! "But it's usually after the baby's born or we're trying to figure out what the baby looks like."

"I usually go about three or four days nameless until I feel that it really connects," the KUWTK star revealed.

Even though Kim is excited to add to her family, months ago, the makeup mogul shot down the idea of expanding it even more. "I don't think I could handle more than that," she told Elle for the April issue. "My time is spread really thin. And I think it's important that in all couples, the mom gives the husband as much attention as the kids."

One thing's for sure—this baby will be showered with love and attention from all of his famous relatives!

Congratulations, Kim and Kanye!
