OK, who offended the TV gods and kicked off this streak of bad luck?

If you're working on a TV production crew right now, please be extra cautious for the time being! The superstitious among us who believe bad things happen in threes have cause for concern: After an NCIS set accident resulted in a security guard's death, now come reports that a stuntwoman suffered an injury on the set of Justified. (You there, reading this on your phone between lighting setups, do not be No. 3!)

So, what really happened on the set of Justified, and is everyone going to be OK? Here's what we can tell you:

Despite initial reports stating that the unnamed Justified stuntwoman was injured in a "low speed collision" resulting in "severe head trauma," but a source tells E! News, "The stuntwoman on Justified was not hit by a vehicle, but slipped and fell, hitting her head on the ground. Since the incident happened at 1 a.m., production was done for the night, and resumed the next morning. The stuntwoman is doing very well at a local hospital."

Good to hear that things are apparently less dire than originally reported. We're sending our healthiest thoughts in the general direction of the injured woman, and here's hoping that this month's bad-news streak stops at two!

Justified, starring Timothy Olyphant as a U.S. marshal with an independent streak, airs Wednesdays at 10 p.m. on cable's FX network.
