Wearing a striped blue-and-white shirt-dress, L.L. arrived with her usual entourage, including her new bestie Mr. SCRAM.
So what does it mean that her bracelet was "flashing red like crazy" at Perry's party? And who was the underage star partying with some of Lindsay's crew?
We've learned it would be "nearly impossible" for someone to beat the SCRAM bracelet that Lohan is sporting around her ankle, but last night, partygoers couldn't help but wonder what the heck was up with the rapid red flash going off through Lindsay's black frilly boots.
"When the bracelet goes off it supposedly flashes and makes a noise, but you couldn't hear anything inside the party," says our partying source. "Everyone just kept staring at the bright red flash coming from her ankle wondering if she slipped up. Good thing her boots were pretty cute."
Surely if LL had triggered the bracelet, her ass would be scrammed back into the slammer (Judge Revel sure isn't messing around). So if you see Lohan out at night, guess that annoying red thing coming from her ankle is the norm. At least until July 6. Lohan is still supposedly clean and "doing great."
Either way, partiers were also surprised to see 19-year-old Emma Roberts making her nightlife debut at Las Palmas last night. However, unlike most of young Hollywood's antics at that age, sources tell us Roberts was not drinking at the party.
The hostess of the night, Katy Perry, was cuddled up with fiancé Russell Brand during the beginning of the shindig, before the two took off together around 11. They both had to work early this morning—Brand will actually be co-hosting Daily 10 tonight on E!
On the other side of the club, Glee hottie Mark Salling was seen smiling and chatting with ladies (particularly one cute brunette) throughout the night, while Paris Hilton, Nicky Hilton, and Jersey Shore's Snooki were seen dancing and taking pictures in the photo booth together. You may think the Hiltons teaming up with Snooks is odd, but trust, it is definitely not.
