It's no surprise that it didn't take long for fans to converge on Amy Winehouse's home after news of her death began to spread.

And with that, a makeshift memorial of flowers, notes and other mementos sprung up outside her North London flat. One lavender card placed in a bouquet of lilies reads, "Amy, We will miss your talent. RIP."

Among the many tributes are drawings, photos, a guitar and oddly enough, liquor bottles and wine glasses.

"To an exquisite songwriter with a beautiful voice," reads a note to the late singer, placed on a small bed of white flowers. "Live on, Amy. Live on."
