The former Simple Life reality starlet hit the big Bing party just a few hours later at L.A.'s Boa restaurant. While she didn't pull a Lindsay Lohan stay out all night, Richie stuck around for about 45 minutes, enjoying the sounds of DJ Cassidy and a performance by Drake.
The extension was handed down after Richie's lawyer explained she skipped school because she was so busy taking care of her kids, baby boy Sparrow and his two-year-old sis, Harlow. Guess daddy Joel Madden was on diaper duty last night.
Also spotted at the Bing shindig were Zoe Saldana, Elizabeth Banks, Eva Amurri and True Blood stars Rutina Wesley and Sam Trammell. Earlier in the evening, at Soho House, Bing announced the launch of its new entertainment section with a panel discussion about the future of entertainment moderated by E!'s own Ryan Seacrest and including movie directors Kathryn Bigelow and Todd Phillips, musician T-Bone Burnett, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Mad Men creator Matthew Weiner, Twitter founder Biz Stone and Microsoft gaming boss Phil Spencer.
