Sandra Bullock is doing better than fine these days, thank you very much.

Bullock's pal George Lopez talked earlier today about the Oscar-winner's newest role: mama to baby Louis

"I am a proud uncle and [my wife] Ann is a proud aunt," Lopez told reporters this morning at the third annual Ann and George Lopez Foundation's Celebrity Golf Classic & 2010 Audi Quattro Cup.

"Sandra is a loving, giving person," he said. "Louis could not be in a better home, and she could not be happier."

There's still no word yet if Bullock will be a guest on Lopez's talk show, but he did say his wish list currently includes Bruce Springsteen, "some Mexican wrestlers" and another much-talked about mother—Kate Gosselin.

Also at today's event, which served as the launch of the Ann and George Lopez Foundation, were Gosselin's Dancing With the Stars partner Tony Dovolani (we'll tell you what he had to say later today), Samuel L. Jackson, Hilary Duff and Dave Annable.
