It was just a little over a month ago that Kathy Griffin's date for the Teen Choice Awards was Sarah Palin's almost-son-in-law Levi Johnston.
But Bristol Palin's 19-year-old baby daddy was nowhere to be found at the Emmys.
"He's in his igloo in Wasilla crying and texting me," Griffin, 48, told me. "I'm at the stage in the relationship where I have to play hard to get, but I will say this, I've been throwing up for about two weeks and I do feel a little kicking."
On a more serious note, the Mariska Hargitay was her usual beautiful self on the red carpet in a Carolina Herrera gown...
You would never have thought this was the same woman who underwent surgery in the past year to treat a partially collapsed lung she suffered after she fell during a stunt on Law & Order: Special Victims Unit.
"I'm great and I'm strong," Hargitay, 45, told me. "I'm back!"
Glenn Close was feeling so great in her Zac Posen dress that she joked with reporters she and her husband took some naughty pics in the car ride over to the awards. And lemme tell ya, the 62-year-old Damages star is incredible shape. How does she do it?
"I married a very athletic man," she said.
Blake Lively said she was as surprised as we were to find out that Ed Westwick, 22, will be sharing a same-sex kiss in the upcoming season of Gossip Girl.
"People were asking me about it in interviews and I was like, 'I don't think it's true,'" said Lively, 22. "But then producers told me it was true. They kept it so top secret they didn't tell the other cast members."
