Adam Lambert Steps Out With Male Friend

American Idol runner-up's sexual preference is once again put into question after he is seen clubbing with a rumored boyfriend

Let the sexuality speculation continue.

American Idol runner-up Adam Lambert was spotted with a male companion at West Hollywood hot spot Guys and Dolls Monday night, further fueling the rumors that the singer is indeed gay.

Witnesses say the two, who arrived with several others, including Sophia Bush, were very affectionate toward each other at Guys and Dolls.

Onlookers say they sipped Grey Goose vodka cocktails and danced to songs like "Poker Face" by Lady Gaga before leaving a little after 2 a.m. (Speaking of Gaga, Adam was reportedly overheard saying he wants to plan a collaboration.)

Earlier in the day, the two were also spotted around town...

Before clubbing, the duo went shopping at Kitson Men, where "they were having fun shopping," says an eyewitness. "Adam bought the Marc Jacobs blazer for [his friend]," which reportedly cost $358.

Of course, despite all this retail therapy and hand holding (and the video below of the two), Adam himself has yet to verbally state his preference publicly. That is much to the chagrin of many who just have to know.

Because, really, that's what is important, right?
